Hi everyone

My name is Julie and I’m the Owner, Creator and Designer of Chantilly Tutus which means that everything you see from my studio is hand crafted by me! I specialize in tutus and tutu dresses for birthdays, christenings, weddings/flower girls, Cake Smash, Fairy Tale themed Parties or any special occasion for princesses of all ages.

Acceptance of Orders

Our current Create Time is 4-6 WEEKS plus shipping.

Currently I am booked for the next 4 - 6 weeks, but create time can go up to 8 weeks as we get closer to  the Wedding or Christmas seasons.  I can only take a few, if any, rush orders so please plan ahead and send your order in time.  If you need a tutu or dress ASAP, please contact me personally on 0418 193 558, send an email or PM at www.facebook.com/ChantillyTutus 

I am happy to ship anywhere worldwide. Pricing will vary depending on the number of tutus or dresses and the destination.

Shipping

We ship domestically via Australia Post, Registered or Express Mail. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the Identification Number, with a link to current tracking/shipping information.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE TUTUS/DRESSES?
Your tutus or dresses are packed reasonably tightly in a drycleaners style plastic bag with air holes then in an Australia Post Expandable Tough Bag, so when you receive them, they may be a little flat. This is quite normal. Just hang them up, run your fingers through the tulle and if necessary hang them up in a bathroom with a hot shower running to steam them out. The tulle will return to its beautiful fluffiness.

Return Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please feel free to ask any questions about our products before you purchase! If there is an issue with your apparel or we have made a mistake with your order it is imperative to contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If an exchange is agreed upon, your item MUST be returned within 3 days, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. We will not accept returns if the item appears damaged or worn or if it is past the return period. This is standard policy when dealing with formal wear, which is occasionally worn only once. Appreciate  your understanding in advance.

Under NO circumstances can a custom colour tutu or dress be exchanged. We are more than happy to assist you in the design process, colour choices and give suggestions and recommendations, but ultimately, the custom colour choices are yours. We spend countless hours making and creating beautiful colour blends and combinations and photographing to provide as many options as possible. So if you decide to go with something totally all your own, that’s fabulous, but we cannot re-sell it if you decide you don’t like the way it turned out.

Pre- Order COLOUR SWATCHES are available for purchase so you can see the colour of your choice personally. We endeavour to have all our creations photographed in natural lighting with minimal editing. However lighting, editing and screen settings can cause colours  to vary due to calibrating.
